Spring 2011 Update
Spring is gearing up to be a busy season for us! Hooting Owl Granola is 1 year old! It seems a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away when we were making 30 pounds of granola for our first farmers market in Issaquah. Now we’re available in retail stores, selling in 4 farmers markets, hired two part time employees, and planning for our second year of business. It’s all good.
Metropolitan Market is celebrating their 40th birthday this year, and we’re excited to be participating in the festivities in June. Whole Foods is coming along and we hope to make some more detailed announcements soon about the Roosevelt Square and Bellevue locations.
And don't forget to come and see us at one of our upcoming in-store demos at Metropolitan Market. You can find a list of upcoming dates and locations here.
In addition to baking and trying new flavors, Hooting Owl has been busy gearing up for the 2011 farmers market season and celebrating our Sunset magazine write up.

We think "boutiquey blends" is the perfect way to describe our granola. What about you?
Look for two new flavors of granola in the farmers markets this Spring! A ‘Date’ with Marcona Almond & Rosemary made its way into the Ballard market at the beginning of May and was met with rave reviews. We can’t wait to get “The Seedy Side of Things” out as well -- think trendy seeds, fabulous granola, coupled with a custom designed limited edition label. Hoot-tastically good.
We’re having so much fun! Thanks for all your support; you all make this all so much more enjoyable!
